- All services are confidential and provided at no cost.
Need to change or cancel an appointment?
Appointments cannot be changed or canceled through the website. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please call Caring Pathways at (770) 775-5116, and a member of our team will be happy to assist you.
PLEASE NOTE: Ultrasound appointments are scheduled after your initial visit. They cannot be scheduled online. Please call us or speak with our staff during your visit to schedule an ultrasound.
